Back in the late 1970's, I went with my friends to pick up a bridal shower cake. A custom designed cake that was the most beautiful cake I had ever seen.
At that very moment I knew I wanted to learn how to decorate cakes.
Years later after having my first child and wanting to make her first birthday cake special, I started learning the Wilton way of cake decorating.
Over the years I have continued to learn new techniques and keep up with the newest trends.
I have many years of full time cake decorating experience. Over the years friends and family would say...''You should open your own business''.
So my dear husband Randy put in the seperate kitchen required by the state of South Dakota to meet licensing and food safety requirements.
